Terms and conditions

On organisational reasons (cleaning and change of tenents) the apartments are rent out on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

Reservation

To inquire if our apartment is available on the dates you plan to stay in Engelberg just call us or write an e-mail. (You will find our phone number and e-mail address under contact.) If you place a reservation with us we will pencil you in. We will also send you a written confirmation and bill you for the first night of your stay. As soon as your deposit (amount = Fr. 140.00) is paid you are booked.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation at least one month before the arrival date of your reservation we grant you the full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than one month in advance of our planned arrival we will consider your deposit a cancellation fee.
